The internal fishbone frame is the skeleton that replaces the traditional foam core usually found in paddle boards. CNC fishbones are the best bet if you live in North America as the fishbone does not show in the finished board. Full sized PDF plans are available if you are not in North America or just want the satisfaction that you built every piece of your SUP yourself.
