Sliver Paddleboards

Warranty

Warranty - sliver paddleboards

Trees also make nice hedges!

Our Guarantee:

Sliver Paddleboards stands behind our workmanship and materials 100%. If you take care of your custom board, it could last you forever.  In the event that something unexpected ever happens, Sliver Paddleboards will work together with you, to help get you back in the water as soon as possible.

Sliver Paddleboards are handcrafted products made from the finest materials and built to the highest specifications and standards.  Our products are guaranteed to perform as intended by the shaper and designer for their intended purpose.

Our products are not guaranteed against breakage or damage, however caused, simply because the circumstances of use are out of our control. Riding waves is a dynamic pursuit that potentially places huge demands on equipment; even small waves can create sufficient hydraulic pressure to snap anything that floats.

This guarantee does not cover any damage caused by misuse or neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear through intended use. Sliver Paddleboards recommends you are mindful of the height of your vehicle, anytime you have your board on the roof. This potentially is your board’s most likely hazard.

One of the HUGE benefits of owning a REAL wood board is that if they are ever damaged, they are easily repaired in most cases.

Sliver Paddleboards goal is for your board to last you forever. In the event of a defect or accident at anytime that you own and love your Sliver Paddleboard,  please email: service@sliverpaddleboards.com or call: 1-604-716-4149. In the event that your board is damaged beyond repair, or is ever lost or stolen, we will credit you 10% off a replacement board.
